Camp Sequoia is designed for boys between 7 and 17 years old and girls between 10 and 16 years old by the start of camp. Our admission process is designed to ensure that Camp Sequoia will be the right fit for your child and will enable them to be successful in our camp community. We encourage you to review Camp Sequoia’s dates and tuition for the 2023 season, or contact us to discuss the benefits of camp and whether Sequoia may be the right fit for your child.

Application Process

  1. Submit a 2023 Early Enrollment Application along with a $1,000 refundable deposit.
  2. Fill out Permission to Release Information form and Professional Questionnaires. The questionnaires may be filled out by a teacher, school counselor or other professional who works with your child. We would also like to review any psychoeducational or neuropsychological evaluations done within the past 2 years.
  3. Upon receiving these documents, we will contact you to discuss the process further. We will begin new camper interviews on September 19th. This process will involve setting up an informal interview with your child on Skype/FaceTime/Zoom.

Returning Families

Please complete Step 1 and fill out the first Section of the Enrollment Form. Please feel free to call or email with specific questions. For returning family early enrollment (enrollments before August 1st) 50% down, less the $1,000 deposit, will be due on November 15th, and the other half of payment is due on April 15th.

Please note that Camp Sequoia does have availability in each session for this summer, though space is limited. We strongly recommend that prospective camp families begin the application process as soon as possible.

For Early Enrollment pricing following admission, 50% of tuition is due 45 days after official enrollment, and full tuition is due on April 1st. Campers enrolled in the 1st session wishing to extend to full season (on a space available basis) are eligible for the full-season rate. Please contact us if you have questions or need clarification.

Eligibility: Admission to camp is on a rolling basis based on availability for your child’s age group. If there is no availability in your child’s age group you may choose to be placed on our waiting list.

Camp Sequoia tuition is non-refundable once a child is present at camp.
