Dates & Tuition Overview

Interested families are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as availability is limited. Early Enrollment Tuition pricing, including the deposit paid during the enrollment process, is below, along with perspective dates:

**Please note that our Girls Program is subject to date changes. If such changes occur, tuition will have pricing changes reflective of this.

  • In order to qualify for Enrollment for the full season or either session, a $1,000 deposit must be paid with application.
  • The following pricing is reflective of standard enrollment pricing. To maintain this enrollment pricing, 50% payment is due 45 days after enrollment, and the rest is due on March 1st. We typically have limited space after March 1st.

Tuition Details

  • Tuition listed above includes discount for payment by check or wire transfer. A 4% processing fee will apply to all credit card payments, and a 1.2% processing fee is applied to ACH eCheck payments. We recommend instead paying by check or wire transfer to avoid processing fees.
  • A 15% discount applies to total tuition if one or more siblings attend camp.
  • A discount applies to our extended post-summer program tuition for campers enrolled in our full season, six week summer program.
  • Camp Sequoia tuition is only refundable on a pro-rata basis after a camper is at camp. Please review our refunding policy in our Enrollment Form for more information.
  • Campers enrolled in the 1st session wishing to extend to the full season (on a space-available basis) are eligible for the full-season rate. Please contact us if you have questions or need clarification.
  • Tuition includes laundry service, all meals/snacks, health services on site, and the cost of all regularly scheduled trips, including transportation from our scheduled pick up and drop off locations or the airport (See enrollment page for payment terms and policies).
  • Additional fees apply for our optional overnight trips and luggage transportation fees.
  • Campers in our LIT Program (ages 16-18) may only attend Full Season, and there is a surcharge for that program. This covers the extra costs associated with the Capstone trip experience.
