Elites Division

Our Elites are our 15 year-old campers, typically rising 10th graders, who are about to enter our LIT program. This group of young men are on the cusp of planning for adulthood, post-secondary options, and even contemplating future careers, all while working on growing themselves socially, emotionally, and confidently.

At this stage, our campers are often learning how to best communicate with tact, express emotion in healthy ways, and build meaningful friendships beyond the classroom and away from a screen. Our Elites are often at an age where they are curious about the natural world and innerworkings of society, and are drawn to passionate conversations and inquiry around history, philosophy, politics, physics, mathematics, or other higher-level areas of interest. Our staff in this age group aim to help nurture that curiosity while helping them channel it into positive self-expression and connections with their peers.

The Elite program helps our young men explore personal expression, independence, and developing well-rounded social growth, as our campers in this age group are often interested in who they are and what matters most to them, and we aim to help support them on that journey in a community that celebrates authenticity and effort. Leadership development is a key focus of our Elites program as well. Whether it be through our mentorship program, participating in camper council, or learning how to lead with empathy and fairness, our Elites are positioned to grow into confident, capable young men ready to make an impact in their schools and communities.
