2016-2017 School Year Overnight Trips: An opportunity for boys ages 7-17 to have fun, socialize with similar-age peers and develop independence.
We are excited to announce our 2016-17 slate of school year programs. Sequoia will be hosting SIX trips during the off season to destinations in Washington DC, Pennsylvania and Delaware. A camp nurse, Director Brian Lux and favorite staff from our summer programs will supervise each of these trips with a 2:5 staffing ratio. These excursions are designed to be social opportunities for participants in a fun and supportive environment. Our campers will have the opportunity to engage with some incredible destinations and dynamic staff who have been trained to help children work on building social skills and frustration tolerance experientially.
Programs generally run from 9 am Saturday until 6 pm Sunday evening (specific pick up times will be provided upon registration). We are offering a "bring a new friend" referral discount for each program as well as a discount for attending all 5 programs. Optional Friday night hotel accommodations at our points of departure and supervision are available on each weekend for parents who are interested in a weekend getaway the same weekend that their son is on a Sequoia trip.
